Want to transfer your event ticket to someone else?

Here's how you do it!

3 steps to transfer your ticket!

1. Send the ticket password to the ticket recipient.

When you bought your ticket, we sent you a password via e-mail. If you can't find it, e-mail tickets at BurnVic.ca

2. Have the recipient register with the password.

Go to the event registration page (aka the ticket purchase page. It should be linked off of the Home page)! Choose "I am buying or being gifted a ticket from someone else". Type the password into the box that appears, and then fill out the registration form just like you were going to buy a ticket. Finish the registration as normal by hitting "Submit Registration".

3. This will send an e-mail to the ticket's original owner/registrant, who needs to click the approval link in this verification email.
