First, you give. Then you're prepared to receive. The people who attend Otherworld are no mere "attendees," but rather participants in every sense of the word: they create the otherworldly, the interaction, the art, the performance and ultimately the experience of Otherworld.
Essential services like ticket sales, location, and portapotties are provided: everything else is up to you!
You need to pARTicipate to make this an otherworldly experience! Only YOU can make it happen!

Beneath every hill, around every corner, lies another world. As the eve of midsummer approaches, the veil between worlds draws thin. Step inside the faery's ring, through a darkened archway, or beneath a veil of mist... and find yourself caught, somewhere halfway between twilight and starlight. A world where only this moment lasts: somewhere called Otherworld.
Otherworld is a 100% participant sponsored, participant created event.
Otherworld is a place open to everyone who helps create it - a world where the stranger is welcomed. A world we create together, guided by principles of community, laughter, participation, imagination, and communication.
Otherworld is a self-supporting community with close ties to Burning Man. We value impermanence, inclusivity, experimentation, and connection.
When the sun rises and Otherworld fades away, it leaves no trace of its existence to ever be found.
